We are also constantly building partnerships with several health organisations to provide registered social workers and Care Support Workers within the community. These include hospitals and primary care trusts, local authorities, GPs, charities, case-management companies, discharge teams and voluntary organisations, just as we provide experienced nurses, support workers and allied health professionals on an ad hoc and long-term basis.
